Human Rights Policy

Trailblazer Fruit Products is committed to respecting and promoting internationally recognized human and labor

rights in accordance with the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and

Rights at Work, applicable national laws, and industry best practices. This commitment applies to all employees,

contractors, suppliers, and business partners. We expect our suppliers to uphold these principles and

communicate them throughout their own supply chains.

Forced Labor

We prohibit the use of forced, bonded, indentured, trafficked, or involuntary prison labor. Employment must be

freely chosen, and workers may terminate employment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Child Labor

We prohibit the employment of children below the legal minimum working age or the minimum age established by

applicable ILO standards, whichever is higher. Where young workers are legally employed, their work must not

interfere with their education, safety, health, or wellbeing.

Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining

Workers have the right to join, form, or refrain from joining trade unions and to bargain collectively without fear of

intimidation, harassment, retaliation, or discrimination, consistent with applicable laws.

Non-Discrimination

Employment-related decisions, including hiring, compensation, promotion, discipline, and termination, are made

without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, sexual orientation,

gender identity, veteran status, political opinion, or any other status protected by law.

Safe & Healthy Workplaces

We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment. Appropriate training, protective

equipment, and safety procedures will be maintained to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses.

Wages & Working Time

Employees will be compensated in compliance with all applicable wage, overtime, benefits, and working-hour

laws. Workers will be provided legally required rest periods and time off.

Dignity & Harassment

All workers will be treated with dignity and respect. Harassment, abuse, threats, intimidation, coercion, or any

form of inhumane treatment will not be tolerated.

Reporting Concerns & Non-Retaliation

To support this policy, the company conducts periodic risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions where

issues are identified.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders may report complaints or grievances through the

lockbox located near the HR Office or via email at:

• vendorrelations@tbfoods.com

• customerrelations@tbfoods.com

All reports will be reviewed and handled by senior management as appropriate. Trailblazer Fruit Products strictly

prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed to align with evolving legal requirements, ILO

standards, and industry best practices.
